A post-race veterinary examination of the mare, which weakened over the concluding stages, revealed no significant findings. When questioned by Stewards regarding the performance, jockey R. Ride reported that, in her opinion, the horse is better suited to racing in the lead. She added that her mount proved disappointing today when it was unable to obtain the lead and was obliged to race in a midfield position with cover. Stewards noted the explanation.
