WEATHER –OVERCAST TRACK:-GOOD RAIL –TRUE

RACE 1: CLASS 3 PLATE – 1000 Metres – 6 Starters

No incidents in running.

RACE 2: MAIDEN PLATE – 1200 Metres – 7 Starters

BUTTER MU UP became fractious in the starting stalls and was consequently slow into galloping action. TROPIC TWIST was marginally slow away. STRICTLY RHYTHM started favourite, given every change in running but was disappointing.

RACE 3: CLASS B HANDICAP – 1400 Metres – 10 Starters

THYLACING was inconvenienced for a clear run over the concluding stages. Jockey R Bellett replaced R Ryan on PHORCYS as Jockey Ryan was unable to ride at the allotted weight. Jockey R Ryan was fined $50 under ARR 120b.

RACE 4: WEIGHT FOR AGE – 1400 Metres – 4 Runners

CINNAMON COVE was disappointing.
