Race 2: - Atherton Hotel Class 5 Handicap 1100m
1st - Surpasser 2nd – Discarded Bullet 3rd – Nova Noir 4th – Scare Tactic

Prior to the start PHYSICS (J. Babarovich) reared in the barriers.

SCARE TACTIC (D. Crossland) brushed the gates upon leaving the barriers.

COCKERELLI (A. Merritt) had to be eased over the concluding stages when tightened for room between SCARE TACTIC and SMARTAAT (J. Felix).

Race 3: - NQ Hardware Class B Handicap 1200m
1st - Sea Marvista 2nd – Jaraman Lago 3rd – In A Jam 4th – Red For Go

KINETIC HEAT (K. Stone) and JARAMAN LAGO (D. Crossland) were both slow to begin.

SEA MARVISTA (S. Kaya) had to be steadied off the heels of LITTLE SHEILA (J. Babarovich) and IN A JAM (I. Toward) approaching the 1000m mark.

SIX BOB (A. Merritt) and IN A JAM raced wide in the middle stages.

SEA MARVISTA was disappointed for a run at the 200m mark.
