RACE 1: CLASS 1 H'CAP – 1000m
JILLY’S EQUAL (R Tilley) jumped awkwardly and raced greenly.

Shortly after the start COMEDY LOVE shifted in causing TRUNCHEON (NZ) to shift in and inconvenience JILLY’S EQUAL which was running about. At a subsequent enquiry A Williams, the rider of COMEDY LOVE, was given the benefit of the doubt and reprimanded.

Springo was slowly away.

JILLY’S EQUAL raced greenly in the straight.

RACE 2: OPEN H'CAP – 1000m
After being loaded S’AMUSER backed out of the stalls breaking the back gate on barrier 1. That stall was not used for the rest of the day.

Approaching the 850m ACE OF SPADES (NZ) eased momentarily.

RACE 3: CLASS 5 H'CAP – 1300m
LONDON LASS and JOBREGA slowly away.

RACE 4: CLASS 3 H'CAP - 1300m
Over the concluding stages SUBJUDE, which was tiring, shifted ground coming into contact with SOUTHEAST SHIELA.

RACE 5: Super QRIS MAIDEN H'CAP – 1200m
CHARIOT NOTE was scratched at 7.50am.

SHE’S FALLING raced greenly over the concluding stages.

RACE 6: Tree of Knowledge Cup – 1600m
CAPTAIN SMOOTH difficult to load.

After straightening at about the 1300m FLYING FEATHERS refused to settle and raced with its head in the air for some distance.

Approaching the 900m HOT ASH SLAY eased when travelling inside FOREIGN MONARCH and MONOCOMBE. It was found that MONOCOMBE had applied some pressure to FOREIGN MONARCH while travelling on terms. No action was taken.
