WELL EQUIPPED (Shane Oates) knuckled over on jumping losing ground.
EL COBAR (App. Toni Hall) was slow to begin.
Race 2: UNION HOTEL MAIDEN PLATE – 1100M
1st – EIGHTDAN 2nd - OUR GOLD CROWN 3rd – PRINCE RAINIER 4th – JON ROBIE
Trainer Gary Browne was granted permission to engage App. Toni Hall as rider for HAYICAN
2KG ever weight as no other rider was available.

Race 3: WALSH ACCOUNTING OPEN HANDICAP – 1100M
1st - INDOLLARGENCE 2nd – SAMURAI SPIRIT 3rd – PACK OF GOLD 4th - EQUITANT
SAMURAI SPIRIT (App. James Riordan) was fidgety in the barrier.
Jockey David Monaghan was given permission to view photo finish prior to correct weight.
Race 4: DAVIS MOBILE CAFE CLASS B HANDICAP – 1200M
1st - DANCHA 2nd – COLOUR CARD 3rd – LOVE JACK 4th – PRINCE OF SOUL
LOVE JACK (Cheryl Rogers) tended to hang in at about the 220m causing jockey Rogers to correct the gelding and lose momentum at about the 200m.
Jockey Christopher Bryen (DANCHA) returned to scale 3.5KG over weight. JockeyBryen could not provide any explanation for the discrepancy and was charged with a breach of AR145. Jockey C Bryen pleaded guilty and was fined $200.
Race 5: BARCALDINE RETRAVISION CLASS 3 PLATE – 1600M
1st – CHERRY BABY 2nd – MISS SEMI 3rd – UNREQUITED 4th – DENMARK LANE
STASH OF DIAMONDS (Cheryl Rogers) jumped awkwardly.
Race 6: CRAIGLEA/RAHEEN/MARR’S MATILDA HIGHWAY OPEN H’CAP – 1600M
1st – EVADING 2nd - PAGER 3rd – POWER ‘N’ WATER 4th - BILLIGABOO

Jockey Christopher Bryen was fined $100 for a breach of AR120(b) accepting a ride for which he was 1.5KG over weight.
