Stewards accepted the explanation given by the Trainer of SANCENOTTI Mr J Johnson for the late declaration of a rider for this gelding. Stewards approved App K Smith as the rider of SANCENOTTI.


HAYHAB (Jky B Thompson) refused to enter the barriers and was withdrawn by Stewards at 1-40PM. The Trainer of HAYHAB Mr D Gardiner was instructed a further barrier certificate would have to be given to Stewards before the gelding starts again.
Deductions of 4c for a win and 5c for a place with all monies placed on HAYHAB be refunded was announced on correct weight.

DYNASTY ROYAL Jky D Van Bekkum) threw it s head up on jumping away and made heavy contact with SANCENOTTI (App K Smith)

SURE GUN GAL (App S Bogenhuber) was slowly away.

SNAP ON (Jky P Lindeberg) and JEN’S DELIGHT (Jky L Appo) brushed on jumping away.

Shortly after the start SNAP ON (Jky P Lindeberg) has shifted in taking JEN’S DELIGHT (Jky L Appo) in on to WINOOSKI (App M Radecker) Jky P Lindeberg was reprimanded by Stewards and instructed to keep his mount straight at all times through out a race.

The winner SNAP ON was swabbed.

Race 3 HARVEY NORMAN HINKLER LIGHTNING HCP 1090MTRS
(1) ABSAROKA (2) GROUCHIE PATTERN (3) SPIRIT BREAKER (4) BUCK’S PEARL

BUCK’S PEARL (App M Radecker) and LADY LONG LEGS (Jky J Hoopert) brushed on jumping away.

BILL’S BUDDY (Jky W Schmidt) was slowly away.

Approaching the 850mtr UP THE SLEEVE ridden by App S Bogenhuber shifted in slightly hampering LORD CLINTON (Jky R Hancock). App S Bogenhuber was reminded of her obligation to keep her mount on a straight course at all times.

OUR GIRL ANNIE (App S Bogenhuber) was tightened on jumping away between LET’S RECONSIDER (Jky P Lindeberg) and PARABLE (Jky L Appo) both of which jumped away awkwardly.

Shortly after the start PARABLE (Jky L Appo) and LE CHASSEUR (App M Radecker0 brushed.
