RACE 1 B&D EARTHMOVING PTY LTD HANDICAP – 1200M

RACE 2 THE APPLIANCE SPECIALISTS HANDICAP – 1100M

REGALESTO was checked at the start between FACETS which shifted out abruptly and ST. ANTON which shifted in.

After leaving the 900 metres, NAMALLI was inclined to hang in and a short time later had to be steadied after racing up onto the heels of FACETS.

RACE 3 XXXX MAIDEN HANDICAP – 1100M

SOBROTH was declared a late scratching at 3.23 pm after dislodging its rider C. Eaton at the starting gates and being unable to be recaptured by the Clerk of the Course after escaping into an adjoining paddock. Deductions of 10 cents the win and 10 cents the place were ordered on all successful tickets and all monies were refunded on SOBROTH.

A warning was placed on MISS MULAN for its unruly behaviour in its preliminary.

BULLBAR which bled for the first time will incur the mandatory 3 month ban from racing.

HIGH SPARKLE which was slowly away, shifted in shortly after the start and had to be steadied off the heels of KATINKA.

HARE’S TO YOU was inclined to hang out in the early and middle stages.

HIGH SPARKLE commenced to over race near the 700 metres and had to be steadied off the heels of HALLUCINATE.

RACE 4 THE BEAUDESERT RACEDAY STAFF HANDICAP – 1400M

DISPERSE shifted out at the start making contact with AGAIN GAL.

A post race examination of AGAIN GAL revealed that the horse sustained an injury to its off fore tendon.
