STEWARDS REPORT

RACE 1: Stage (K Blinco) and Be My Prince (E Simmons) were slow away. Stage race ungenerously and wide during the early stages of the race, then eased off the heels of Exploder (R Tilley) at approx the 1150m.
RACE 2: Macaroney (K Blinco) slow away. Emmafar(E Camille) jumped out coming in contact with Flying Secret (C Taylor) which was slow into stride. At approx the 1150m Flying Secret raced ungenerously causing Emmafar to be checked, with the latter continuing to race greenly causing minor inconvenience to Hure (J Oakes) at approx the 250m. At approx the 250m. Star Moss (P Thureson) had to be eased off the heels of Candleman (E Simmons). Sugars (K Yoshida), Rodway Joy (A Lane) raced wide rounding the home turn. Candleman shifted outward under pressure over the concluding stages.
RACE 3: Forced Ashore (J Kehoe) was slow away. At approx the 750m whilst going forward Look There (K Blinco) had to be eased from the heels of Bold And Proud (E Simmons). Paddy Dapper (C Taylor) raced awkwardly rounding the home turn then shifted outward in the home straight under pressure. Forced Ashore raced wide rounding the home turn then shifted inward over the concluding stages of the race.
RACE 4: Put Me In Luxury (E Camille) blundered at the start. Redachi (R Tilley) was slow into stride. Redwood Ruler (C Abraham) raced ungenerously whilst losing ground in the home straight. Stewards questioned trainer B Sheppard (Nok) concerning the geldings improved performance, he stated the gelding had had no luck in running at its previous start in Tambo, at which it was supported by the stable, it has continued to work well and has improved during the week, explanation noted.
RACE 5: Mystic Blue (R McMaster) slow away. Graeme’s Choice (J Oakes) reared as the gates opened and lost considerable ground. Racket (E Camille) jumped awkwardly. Lots Of Magic (A Lane) jumped inward coming in contact with Chin Dancer (R Tilley). Scottish Lullaby (J Baker) raced ungenerously during the middle stages of the race, Jockey felt the mare could be sore, a subsequent Vets examination found no abnormalities. Zedaway (K Yoshida) hung out rounding the home turn then shifted outward in the home straight. Cruisaway returned to scale lame in the near foreleg, a subsequent Vet’s examination found the gelding to be sore in the near fore hoof. Connections advised a Vet’s certificate would be required prior to its next start.
RACE 6: Whistles Tune (R Tilley) dipped as the gates opened at the same time Bhundu Boy (C Taylor) has jumped inward coming in heavy contact with the earlier. My Dear Sir (R McMaster) jumped awkwardly. Apollo Princess (K Blinco) jumped awkwardly in. Pride Of Sydney (J Oakes) hung inward during the middle stages of the race coming in heavy contact with the rail at approx the 450m. Mulan (E Simmons) raced wide rounding the home turn.
