Race 1: Clermont Crane Hire Class B Handicap- 1000 metres

At the start FOREBODING (T O’Hara) jumped in and tightened KELCHEZ (T Bannon).

SPOOKY MOO (C Pye) was slow away.

Race 2: Fairfield Quarry QTIS Maiden Plate - 1200 metres

Stewards spoke to Trainer T Kenny and Jockey J Babarovich in regards to the declaration of the rider for DREAMS UNTOLD. It was established that Trainer T Kenny offered the ride on DREAMS UNTOLD at the Emerald Race Meeting on the 6th July 2014 which Jockey Babarovich accepted. At Jockeys declarations Mr Kenny declared Jockey S McGovern as the rider.
After considering all of the evidence, Stewards ordered that Mr Kenny pay Jockey Babarovich’s riding fee.

DREAMS UNTOLD (S McGovern) was slow away.

OUR HUSSLER (M Barnham) raced wide in the early stages.

Race 3: BKN Building Solutions Ladies Bracelet Class 3 Handicap - 1200 metres

BIG BERT (S McGovern) raced wide in the early stages.

Upon returning to scale Jockey Pye reported that ROYAL FUSILIER felt awkward in its action. A post race examination of ROYAL FUSILIER (C Pye) revealed no abnormalities.

Race 4: Belyando Produce “Tony Kenny Memorial” Clermont Cup Open Handicap - 1200 metres

LOKELANI (K Aho) reared as the gates opened and was slow away.

RAHULA (S McCullum) raced wide throughout.

Race 5: Comercial Hotel Benchmark 55 Handicap- 1400 metres

COCO DUBAWI (S McGovern) raced wide throughout.

Jockey Bannon reported that EVERY LINE A GEM did not handle the track surface and the dust.
