WEATHER – Overcast TRACK – Good RAIL – True

RACE 1: MAIDEN PLATE H'CAP – 1000 METRES

ELFERIQUE (W Bell) raced wide throughout the event.
SPLINTEX (D Whitmore) was inclined to lay in over the concluding stages.

RACE 2: CLASS 4 H'CAP – 1000 METRES

Trainer K Lehmann’s representative Mr L Lehmann was fined the sum of $200 for producing horses CHIEF HARMONY and DUTY FREE in the enclosure with the incorrect saddles on each horse.


RACE 3: CLASS B H'CAP - 1072 METRES

Beyond success (App E Hooper) jumped out at the start hampering RUSTY REGAL (M Barnham) and BRATTLE (D Whitmore).
Leaving the 250 metres RULE MY LIFE (B Calkin) had to be steadied to avoid the heels of I LOVE MONEY (S Quick), which shifted in momentarily. S Quick the rider of I LOVE MONEY was reprimanded.
A mandatory bar was placed on BRATTLE (D Whitmore) as it took no part in the race. Trainer V Vagg advised BRATTLE would have to barrier trail before next nominating.


RACE 4: OPEN H'CAP – 1072 METRES

Shortly after the start DARING MISS (M Barnham) and THE DOCKERMAN (David Rewald) came together.


RACE 5: CLASS 6 PLATE H'CAP – 1608 METRES

DANCE TO RACE (D Whitmore), which started in Race 2, was cleared by the vet to take his place in Race 5
ALLIE BOB (M Barnham) was slow into stride.



ALL WINNERS WERE SENT TO BE SWABBED.
