As the start was affected Love From Lyndi (Kirk Stone) reared out of the barriers

Approaching the 450 mtrs Our Georgia’s Rose (J Kuskopf) brushed the inside running rail.


Race 2 :PLASTER MASTA CLASS B HANDICAP950 MTRS
1st -Spurparts 2nd –Zip’n’Zizz 3rd –Oakfield Count 4th -Elevator

Miss Knievel (K Rockett) raced very greenly throughout the race.

Spurparts (I Toward) raced wide rounding the home corner.

Trainer Nicole Homann the trainer of Miss Knievel was informed that the horse had a warning put on it for its manners on the way to the barriers.

Apprentice Juliet Kuskopf requested a viewing of the official film with a view to protesting
After viewing the film she declined to protest and correct weight was declared.

After the race Oakfield Count trained by Brenton Snelling was found some swelling to it’s off fore leg

Race 3 :MAN OVERBOARD OPEN HANDICAP 950 MTRS
1st – Bar Attack 2nd - Stieg 3rd –Bolt From The Blue 4th – Sun Warrior
Approaching the 500mtr mark Stieg (S Pawsey) began to over race and moved out when restrained and bumped vaulting Queen (W D’ Avila)

Sun Warrior (N Yadi) reared in the barriers prior to the start

Race 4 :PFD FOOD SERVICES CLASS 2 HANDICAP1400 MTRS
1st –Barrier Jet 2nd –Speed Dragon 3rd –Breakthrough 4th – Kandee Queen

Approaching the 600 mtrs Barrier Jet (W D’Avila) began to over race.


Race 5 :MELBOURNE CUP @ CANNON PARK CLASS 4 HANDICAP 1250 MTRS
1st – Electric Blue 2nd –Carlton Forward 3rd –Alexander Parade 4th – FilleVilaine
