WEATHER – FINE TRACK – GOOD RAIL – TRUE

RACE 1: TC MOTORS/STIHL THREE YEARS OLD & UP MAIDEN PLATE – 1200m

STEP LADDER and CAMOMILLA were both slow to begin.

CAMOMILLA floundered on several occasions from the 1200m to the 1000m.

LITTLE CROWN raced with its head in the air from the 1000m to the 700m.

Leaving the 500m STEP LADDER which was eased from the heels of LITTLE CROWN, shifted out forcing CAMOMILLA to race wider.

Jockey N Evans was issued with a severe reprimand for allowing his mount EMAJAZI to shift in and tighten LITTLE CROWN for a sustained period of time approaching the 180m.

RACE 2: MARY BARRY CLASS 1 H’CAP – 1000m

TRISTRAM’S TRUCE and NIX ‘N’ NOTS were slow to commence.

BOLD ANTICIPATION jumped out at the start coming into contact with GIFTED SEQUAL.

BAR QUEEN dipped upon jumping losing ground.

At the start SANDY STAR jumped in pressuring CRYSTAL GAZE.

BANJO MAN dipped rounding the home turn.

KAVORT was held up for clear running during the final 75m when CRYSTAL GAZE tired noticeably and shifted ground.

RACE 3: WATTLE BRAE STUD DOWNS SERIES/DALBY RSL CLASS 4 H'CAP – 1200m

Trainer N Peterson was fined the sum of $50 under LR 70 for the late declaration of rider of FOLLOW THE MAESTRO.

TRANSCEND, REPRENDE and NOT FUSSED were slow to begin.

Shortly after the start SHOW GOLD shifted in abruptly taking FAIR RALEIGH in.

Leaving the 600m shifted in momentarily resulting in ELECT A SONG hampering FAIR RALEIGH, which also shifted out.

Jockey J Baker was issued with a reprimand for allowing his mount REPRENDE to shift out approaching the 500m forcing SHOW GOLD to race wider.
RACE 4: ZONTA INTERNATIONAL FLYING H'CAP – 1200m

MR CHEVY knuckled over at the start.

CANNONBALL JACK jumped awkwardly and out initiating contact with RESTORATION.

The rider of MR CHEVY dropped his whip at the 100m.

BOLD MUSIC shifted out at the 50m making slight contact with VALERIAN TRIOMPHE.

RACE 5: DALBY LEAGUES CLUB CLASS B H'CAP – 1400m

STAR STRIKE raced wide throughout the event.

ALL WINNERS WERE SWABBED.
