SUPPLEMENTARY REPORTS
Adjourned Inquiry From BTC, 27.8.05
Stewards today concluded an inquiry into the reason for B. Stewart being dislodged from CASUAL CHICK in race 8 at the above race meeting. Stewards today found that jockey Stewart had obtained a run on CASUAL CHICK between ROMANTIC JOURNEY (J. Byrne) and ROAR TALENT (M. Yoshinaga) approaching the 150m.. CASUAL CHICK was then tightened for room between ROMANTIC JOURNEY, which was taken out by SHE'S ALL GREEK, and ROAR TALENT, which was taken in slightly by GLOUCESTER ROAD. This resulted in CASUAL CHICK clipping heels, blundering and B. Stewart being dislodged. After considering the evidence, stewards were unable to apportion blame on any one rider and deemed the incident to be accidental.
