As D Johnston was indisposed, stewards permitted the following riding replacements:

RACE 1:GLADSTONE CITY COUNCIL CLASS B H'CAP 1000M
SYRIA jumped awkwardly with its head in the air then proceeded to shift outwards giving the rider a difficult ride for the first 200m of the race.
After leaving the 600m TYCOON STAR had to be steadied when HULA EXPRESS shifted out and IT'S A RIPA shifted in.
MISTER NEAT jumped awkwardly at the start.
RACE 2: BIRRALEE KINDERGARTEN QTIS MAIDEN PLATE 1194M
BILLYCAN SILVER suffered a bleeding attack during the event. The gelding will incur a mandatory 3 month ban from racing. A swab sample was taken from BILLYCAN SILVER.
OCEANS ELEVEN jumped in at the start causing BILLYCAN SILVER to shift in at the same time LITTLE MS GORGEOUS jumped out resulting in ANNSMAN being checked and lose ground.

DANISH HEIR slow into stride.
