Race 3: CLASS 2 HANDICAP – 1194 metres

COUNTY FAIR (R Plumb) and OOLINE (J Stephens) made slight contact over concluding stages.

Race 4: QRSE HANDICAP - 1194 metres
1st: Bosun’s Piper 2nd: Mister Po 3rd: Leica Kaaptive 4th: Spiritual Man
After leaving the 1000m BOOBOO (D Johnston) shifted in onto MISTER PO (M Evans) which was taken in on to ULTRA SWING (D Whitmore) and at the same time PASSION POWER (S Quick) shifted out resulting in ULTRA SWING being steadied to avoid PASSION POWER’S heels.
T Kruger the rider of SPIRITUAL MAN was reprimanded for allowing her mount to shift in at the 900m when insufficiently clear of BAA HA (J Stephens)

Race 5: CLASS A HANDICAP - 1000 metres
1st: Crocodile Smile 2nd: Our Victory Girl 3rd: Jolly Jolson 4th: Bombadil
CROCODILE SMILE, which raced in the first race was vetted and cleared to start.
BOMBADIL was slow in to stride.
