SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

BLUFF 24 April 2010

Trainer K. Price advised Stewards the owners of RAINBOW RAIDER wished to continue with its current preparation. As it has been the intention for the gelding to be retired after it had finished tailed off and raced uncompetitive on this occasion, no embargo had been recorded. However, Stewards advised that RAINBOW RAIDER would be required to trial to the Stewards satisfaction prior to its next race start and would be restricted to race at non-TAB meetings to establish competitive form.

EMERALD 8 May 2010

On jumping SEA GOING (R Hall) threw its head in the air and jumped awkwardly.

Shortly after the start MARYWHO (M Barnham) was taken wider on the track for a short distance by THATSROUGH (D Gill). MARYWHO continued to race wide for the remainder of the race and finished tailed off. A post-race veterinary inspection of MARYWHO failed to reveal any apparent abnormalities.

Prior to correct weight, Stewards ordered all monies invested on MOCHA TART to be refunded and that deductions of 16 cents on the face value of all win bets and 18 cents on the face value of all place bets were to be made. Trainer Brian Challacombe was advised that MOCHA TART was barred to pass a barrier jump out to satisfaction of stewards before racing again.
