Race 1 BRIDGESTONE TYRE SERVICE MAIDEN PLATE 850MTRS

GLOBAL PROSPECT (App A Ware), LET IT GO (Jky J Hoopert) and TOFFEE NOSE (App D Van Bekkum) were slowly away.

Race 2 MAHER & TOPALOV DENTAL QTIS CLASS B HCP 850MTRS

OSHAWA ( Jky C Kearney) jumped awkwardly making heavy contact with RAVENOUS MAKTIG SI (Jky D Gill) resulting in Jky Kearney’s mount losing ground.

THIS MAN CAN ( Jky J Cook) was obliged to race wide for the majority of the race.

The winner JESSICA BLUE EYES was swabbed.

Race 3 CB RICHARD ELLIS HCP 1150MTRS

IMPORTED PRINCE (App Jky H O’Hara) jumped awkwardly.

BOLD MUSIC (Jky M Cullen) was slowly away.

GLADMAC (App D Van Bekkum) shifted ground at the 850mtr mark.

Shortly after the 500mtr mark LENNY (Jky J Hoopert) began to lose ground shifting out making contact with IMPORTED PRINCE (App H O’Hara). Jky Hoopert stated he believed the horse had broken down and when attempting to restrain his mount, LENNY has shifted in and crashed through the inside running rail dislodging Jky J Hoopert.
Club Vet Dr Fisher reported Lenny had suffered a sever bleeding attack. Jky Hoopert was checked by the Ambulance Attendant and allowed to ride.
The Trainer of LENNY Mr S Goodrum was advised the horse is banned from racing for life as this is the second reported time the horse has bleed, LENNY was swabbed.

Race 4 CRAIGLEA MARR’S BURNETT TO THE BEACH CLASS 4HCP 1150MTRS

Jky M Dale contacted Stewards to advise due to mechanical failure he would not be on course by the required time to ride CASTLEREACH MAGIC and was replaced by Jky C Kearney.

On jumping away ICY SNIP (Jky D Gill) jumped outwardly and REGAL TALLY (App K Cunningham jumped inwardly causing a tightening resulting in Jky J Cook the rider of SHOW GOLD having to check. Both Jky D Gill and App K Cunningham were instructed to make a better effort to straighten their mounts when they shift ground in future race ride.

The winner REGAL TALLY was swabbed.

Race 5 VIC & IRENE JENSEN MAIDEN PLATE 1500MTRS

App H O’Hara reported ill and was stood down as the rider of JAYCEE’S BOY.
App A Ware replaced App H O’Hara as the rider of JAYCEE’S BOY.
App O’Hara was instructed to give a Doctors Certificate to Stewards before riding again.

EL FERIQUE (Jky M Dale) and SIONNAN (Jky S Bayliss) came together on jumping away.

ELFERIQUE shifted ground at the 1150mtr mark.
