Jockey G.Cullen was found guilty to a charge of careless riding under the terms of Ar137(a) in that at approximately the 1200mtr mark he permitted his mount to shift inwards when insufficiently clear of GUM SCRUB (S.Watkin) resulting in that horse having to check outwards and lose its position in the field, further resulting in VIVA LA VITA (J.Stopps) being checked outwards which then further resulted in MATRIX (A.Cox) being checked and lose its position in the race.
Subsequently Jockey Cullen was suspended from riding in races from midnight 18th June 2005 up to and including the 1st July 2005 being a period covered by 4 NQ Meetings.
