RACE 1: CONDON RYAN ACCOUNTING & HARLEQUIN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT MAIDEN PLATE – 1000M.
M Sano (JEWEL OF NEDIYM) had a harmless fall from his mount whilst parading behind the barriers.
JEWEL OF NEDIYM subsequently pulled away from the barrier attendant and was withdrawn after galloping for some distance. Deductions on all win bets were paid less 24 cents in $1 win and 18 cents in the $1 place.
ODONATA was slowly away.
UMA PRINCE jumped awkwardly.
OUTBACK CHARM jumped with its head in the air.
Leaving the 200m OUTBACK CHARM, which shifted in was eased from the heels of STORMY VISION.
RACE 2: PRIMAC ELDERS CLASS B H'CAP – 1000M.
Trainer M Hicks was fined the sum of $50 for nominating COLOSSUS for a Class B Handicap, an event it was ineligible for.
VISIBLE STAR and LION ABOUT made contact on jumping.
LION ABOUT and HOW FRAAR hung out leaving the 200m.
BACK IN FASHION, which hung out from the 800m made the home turn wide.
Near the 150m BAPTISM OF FIRE was eased from the heels of OUR ACE, which shifted in abruptly.
C Bryen (ALL EXPRESS) had a harmless fall from his mount at the pull up.
RACE 3: LANDMARK (AN AWB CO) CLASS 3 H'CAP - 1200M.
SADISME and MISTRESS DANE both broke through the front of the barriers. MISTRESS DANE was subsequently cleared by the veterinary surgeon to take its place in the field.
SADISME was subsequently withdrawn on veterinary advice at 2.55 pm. Deductions on all win bets were paid less 15 cents win and 17 cents the place.
ELEGANT CHOICE was slowly away.
DAJANETER hung out in the early stages.
RACE 4: WATTLEBRAE SERIES RACE & INJUNE HOTEL CLASS 5 H'CAP – 1200M.
ROSE BONBON jumped with its head in the air.
FAIR RALEIGH and PRINCE ZEDDAAN made contact on jumping.
BELLE SHY shifted out over the concluding stages.
RACE 5: TIPPERARY OIL & GAS INJUNE CUP - 1400M.
BLAZE A FORTUNE was slowly away.
Approaching the 1200m MAKE NO MISTAKE made heavy contact with the running rail when it shifted in and away from FLYING FEATHERS.
FLYING FEATHERS hung in over the concluding stages.
CHIEF CONSUL returned to scale lame in near the near – fore. A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that the gelding had a stone bruise.
ALL WINNERS WERE SWABBED.
