Prior to the declaration of correct weight it was established that the barriers of NOTHIN’LEICA MINTO and GREY REBEL failed to open and as such both horses were declared non-runners with stewards ordering deductions of 24c for the win on successful tickets.

RACE 2: ELDERS LTD/ELDERS INSURANCE & ELDERS RURAL BANK MAIDEN PLATE 1000M

FANCY FEATHERS was slow to begin.

MADISON DRIVE shifted out at the start making heavy contact with THE CATDODGER.

Approximately 20m prior to the winning post, GO ATOM shied and became awkward causing R Kerwin to become unbalanced before being dislodged approximately 30m passed the winning post.
