After receiving a report from P Cullen and also the starter Mr P Warren Stewards were of the opinion that CROSSEE was afforded a fair start and was declared a runner. As a result of this incident Jockey P Cullen received ambulance attention to an injury to his left shoulder. Acting on advice from the medical official Jockey P Cullen was stood down from riding for the remainder of the program. A medical certificate of fitness will be required before Jockey P Cullen can again ride. At a further inquiry Jockey P Cullen was charged and found guilty of contravening AR175(j) in that he misconducted himself during the course of the inquiries in relation to the injuries he suffered.
