RACE 1: CLASS 2 HANDICAP – 1400M
1st: OUR ACADEMY STAR 2ND: BONARBRIDGE 3RD KUMATAI 4TH HASTY QUEEN
OUR ACADEMY STAR was slow into stride.
KUMATAI was slow into stride and also tendered to over race in the early stages of the event.

RACE 2: MAIDEN PLATE – 1000M
1st: CRAIGLEA CLASS 2ND: WOKE UP BROKE 3RD: TERRA AUSTRALIS 4TH: BEE JAYS MAGIC
OUR BLUE ANGEL was slow into stride.
LEADER OF KINGS was difficult to load in the barriers. Trainer D Gardiner was advised that a warning would be placed on LEADER OF KINGS for it’s barrier manners.

RACE 3: CLASS 4 HANDICAP -1000M
1st: TOWN PLAYER 2nd: PARABLE 3rd: SNAP ON 4th: RAPP IN TIME
RAMPALLION and DIRECTIONAL were slow into stride.

RACE 4: OPEN HANDICAP -1200M
1st: RAFSO 2nd: DREAMS OF WEALTH 3rd: NEGATE 4th: DEMON JACK
LADY LONG LEGS was slow into stride.
Veterinary Surgeon C Marback reported to stewards that he had to treat NEGATE for lameness after the event.
Trainer A Williamson will be advised that NEGATE will require a vet certificate before next start.


RACE 5: CLASS B HANDICAP – 1200M
1st: QUICKLO 2nd: ANNSMAN 3rd: CELESTIAL ROAD 4th: REGAL GOVERNOR_
No racing incidents.

GENERAL
Trainers K Pattillo (Craiglea Class), K Fisher (Woke Up Broke),will be questioned as to why they didn’t have letters of authority for the above said horses.
App S Bogenhuber and Trainer R Dart’s foreman R Unwin were questioned at length regarding App S Bogenhuber’s licence. After discussion with both parties and Licensing Manager M Sweeney stewards permitted App S Bogenhuber to ride at the meeting. App S Bogenhuber was advised to follow up on the paper work that she has forwarded to the Licensing Manager.
