Jockey Babarovich was advised that a medical clearance would be required before he would be permitted to ride again.
When questioned as to the performance of MISS FLOOZY, Jockey S. Kaya reported that during the middle stages of the event the mare failed to handle the heavy conditions and as a consequence hung out at the stage of the event causing it to lose ground. However, once he was able to balance MISS FLOOZY and shift wider on the track upon straightening, the mare finished the race off well.
