Race 1: NUTURF Class 3 Handicap (1050 Metres)
 
ONCHAO – Hampered on jumping by DENIMS which shifted out and JANEAN which shifted in. Passing the 600m carried wider by ENTREPRENEURIAL which shifted out to obtain clear racing room.
 
ENTREPRENEURIAL – Jumped away awkwardly and as a result was slow to begin. Placed in restricted room near the 750m and had to be restrained to avoid the heels of TRACK TALE. Had to steady when placed onto the heels of TRACK TALE and elected to shift out to obtain clear racing room passing the 600m. Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.  
 
NIC ME SOME – Jumped away awkwardly. Raced ungenerously in the early stages of home straight.
 
JANEAN – Jumped away awkwardly and shifted in, hampering ONCHAO.
 
TRACK TALE – Jumped away awkwardly. Raced ungenerously in the early stages of the home straight.
 
DENIMS – Jumped away awkwardly shifted outwards hampering ONCHAO.  Laid in when placed under pressure down the home straight.
 
ACT OF ROYALTY – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
 
Race 2: FRENCHVILLE SPORTS CLUB BENCHMARK 70 Handicap (1200 Metres)
 
COURTESY BUS – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight. Upon returning to the scales Jockey A. Butler stated that COURTESTY BUS travelled one paced throughout the event.
 
QUEEN ASSASSIN – Shifted out on jumping, bumping with MEDIA EMPIRE. Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
MEDIA EMPIRE – Bumped by QUEEN ASSASSIN on jumping. Commenced to overrace and raced wide in the early stages of the event.
 
STARS DON'T RUST – Slow to begin.
 
STARHATTAN – Slow to begin. Laid in under when placed under pressure down the home straight.
 
 
Race 3: RJC GALA BALL 25TH NOVEMBER RATINGS BAND 0 - 60 Handicap (1600 Metres)
 
Prior to the running of Race 3, the track was upgraded to a GOOD 4.
 
ISLERO (NZ) – Slow to begin. Overraced in the early and middle stages of the event.  
 
BOLD SMUGGLER – Commenced to lay in near the 250m.
 
COYOTE (NZ) – Raced wide in the early stages of the event.
 
BRETON – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
LIP SIP SUK – Jumped away awkwardly and commenced to overrace in the early stages of the event. Upon returning to scale, Jockey J. Stanley reported that his mount was inclined to lay in throughout the event.
 
TERMITE – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
LEICA BITA FUN – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
 
Race 4: HARDCORE SANDS QTIS Three-Year-Old Maiden Handicap (1100 Metres)
 
DEVIL DEVIL – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
ROBUST BOY – Overraced in the early and middle stages of the event. Commenced to hang out when rounding the bend near the 800m. Laid out when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
RUSSIAN LAD – Jumped away awkwardly and shifted in abruptly, hampering MONDAY CHOICE. Overraced throughout the event. Upon returning to scale, Jockey J. Stanley reported that his mount had raced greenly throughout the event.
 
AGNES WATERS – Bumped shortly after the start by MONDAY CHOICE. When questioned regarding today’s performance, Jockey J. Murphy stated that the gelding had travelled well throughout the event, however failed to respond to his riding urges when placed under pressure. Jockey J. Murphy also stated that in his opinion, AGNES WATERS would benefit racing over further distances. Connections were advised that a warning would be placed on the gelding’s record for its performance in today’s event.
 
MISHANI CRUISE – Raced wide throughout the event. Had to steady to avoid the heels of RUSSIAN LAD near the 700m.
 
MONDAY CHOICE – Hampered on jumping by RUSSIAN LAD.
 
MOUNT MARGARET – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
 
Race 5: HIGGINS COATINGS Maiden Handicap (1200 Metres)
 
DIVIDER – Bumped on jumping by ROCKY REBEL. Had to momentarily steady when BELLA BIANCA shifted outwards and SOFTEN IT UP laid inwards approaching the 100m.
 
MR GREY – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
OBLIQUITY – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
ROCKY REBEL – Shifted out on jumping, bumping DIVIDER.
 
DIVINE KAMEHALANI – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
BELLA BIANCA – Slow to begin. Disappointed for a run near the 200m when NINE CARATS shifted in for a stride. Apprentice T. Fenlon was reprimanded under the provisions of AR131(a) for careless riding. Approaching the 100m, shifted out to obtain clear racing room and bumped with DIVIDER, carrying that runner wider which had to steady momentarily, when subsequently, SOFTEN IT UP commenced to lay in across DIVIDER.   
 
RADIANT ROMANCE – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
SOFTEN IT UP – Raced wide throughout the event. Laid in approaching the 100m when placed under pressure.
 
 
Race 6: JGP ELECTRICAL CQ Maiden Plate (1500 Metres)
 
GULF OF SIDRA – Raced wide throughout the event. Laid out when placed under pressure in the home straight.  
 
NOTQUITELIKEJACK – Dipped shortly after jumping. Upon returning to scale, Jockey L. Tilley stated that his mount raced ungenerously throughout the event, placing the rider in some difficulty.
 
RYCAM LAD – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
WHATJEUDOIN' – Raced ungenerously throughout the home straight. Raced in restricted room before electing to shift out to obtain clear racing room near the 300m.
 
BOLD SPLENDOR – Laid out when placed under pressure over the concluding stages of the event.
 
HERO OF THE PACK – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
REGAL FIELD – Slow into stride.
 
HE'S SO READY – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
 
Race 7: GREAT NORTHERN BENCHMARK 55 Handicap (1100 Metres)
 
HARVESTA – Raced wide throughout the event. Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.
 
MR TANGLES – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
CALL ME MARILYN – Raced wide throughout the event.  
 
LOVE MY LOUIS – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight.  
 
DRAGON'S SNIP – Raced wide throughout the event. Commenced to hang out when rounding the bend near the 800m.
 
CHATILLY – Commenced to hang out when rounding the bend near the 800m.
 
 
Race 8: TAB Class 1 Handicap (1300 Metres)
 
MURRAJONG ROAD (NZ) – Laid in when placed under pressure down the home straight.
 
SPICY SONIC – Shifted out, bumping with THE LAST SAGA. Raced wide throughout the event.
 
DEVIL ENUFF – Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the gelding to have bled both nostrils. Trainer R. Williams was advised that the gelding would be banned from racing for a period of 3 months under the provisions of AR79(4) and would be required to gallop 1000m in the presence of stewards prior to its next future race start.
 
MISS SHALAA – Jumped awkwardly at the start. Near the 800m, was placed in restricted room and had clipped the heels of DEVIL ENUFF, dislodging Apprentice N. Seymour. Apprentice N. Seymour was transported to hospital by the on-course QAS Officers for further examination for possible injuries. Apprentice N. Seymour was advised that a medical certificate and completion of a cognitive test would be required prior to her next future race ride. MISS SHALAA underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed the mare to be lame in the near foreleg. Connections were advised that a veterinary clearance would be required prior to the mare’s next future race start.  
 
THE LAST SAGA – Bumped on jumping by SPICY SONIC which shifted out. Raced wide throughout the event. Jockey W. Satherley was fined $500 under the provisions of AR132(7)(a)(ii) for using his whip on 7 occasions prior to the 100m, 2 more than permitted.
 
LUVIN' OUR GRACE – Raced wide throughout the event.
 
GENERAL WOLFFE – Laid in when placed under pressure in the home straight. Raced in restricted room and had elected to shift out to obtain clear racing room passing the 200m.
