SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT

Race 1: Agl Energy Open H’cap- 1200m
1st – Alphonse 2nd – Shakes 3rd – Guns 4th – Fifth Leg
No racing incidents.
Race 2: Surat Digger’s Cup Class 3 H’cap - 1400m
1st – Courallie Star 2nd – Lady Oscar 3rd – All In Time 4th – Dairy

This race was delayed 20 minutes to allow jockey W Abbey to arrive on course as he had taken a wrong turn on route to the course.

GOLDEN HUT (W Doyle) slow into stride.

CAPTAIN LADONI (K Yoo) had a tendency to shift in over the concluding stages of the event.


Race 3: Statham Cheesman Qtis Class 2 H’cap- 1000m
1st – Wigpool 2nd – Astralon3rd – Double Top 4th – Secrets Revealed

RAKU TU (A Taylor) which proved difficult to load was a late withdrawal at 4.00pm acting on starters advice. Trainer P Sexton’s representative was advised that RAKU TU would be required to pass a further barrier certificate prior to it’s next race start. Deductions WIGPOOL 14cents in the win, 13cents in the place. ASTRALON 16cents in the place. DOUBLE TOP 15cents in the place.

Correct weight was delayed to allow G Geran the rider of DOUBLE TOP to view the photo finish for 3rd placing. It was ascertain that the judges had semaphored the incorrect numbers for 3rd place. Judges altered the placing to 1,4,5,3.

D Jung the rider of WIGPOOL broke his stirrup leather after the winning post becoming unbalanced.



Race 4: St George Machinery Centre maiden Plate- 800m
1st – The Robber 2nd – Autovon 3rd – Delusive 4th – Delightful Harmony

THE ROBBER (B Thomson) jumped out at the start making contact with AUTOVON (K Yoo).

LEN’S JOY (H Lee) raced wide throughout the event.

Over the concluding stages AUTOVON had a tendency to shift in when placed under pressure making contact with THE ROBBER.
