STEWARDS PANEL: S Rowe (Chairman), J Childs, P Lane, P Reardon, D Wann

WEATHER – O’CAST TRACK – GOOD RAIL – 4M.

REPLACEMENTS

T Hill (BARREL A FUN), C. Eaton (TRUE CONFESSION), T. Ono (BISHOP BILL), R. Hurley (DARK FROST) replaced C Spry who was stood down from riding by his master.

M. Crawford (ANOTHER MOTH) replaced M. Dorrington who failed to arrive by the appointed time from another venue.

A. Parramore (VIVA ROCK) replaced B. Swanton who failed to arrive by the appointed time from another venue.

FINES

Jockey B. Swanton fined $50 – LR 70(1) failing to fulfil engagement.

Apprentice N. Evans fined $50 – AR 8e failing to weigh with all gear.

BARRED HORSES:

VEELA was unruly in the gates, barrier jumpout.

CHERRY LIPS jumped awarkly outward, barrier jumpout.

RACE 1: SEA WORLD NARA RESORT CLASS 2 H'CAP – 900M.

MASTER CAMERON jumped out making contact with the hindquarters of SINISIN.

PENNY ROAD which was slowly away returned to scale minus its off-fore plate.

MASTER CAMERON which was racing greenly, hung out at the 550m.

SINISIN made the home turn wide.

Time off 4.07 pm.

RACE 2: SUPER QRIS ADDED STAKES 2-Y-O MAIDEN H'CAP – 1012M

JUST AMAZON broke through the front of the barrier, recaptured after completing a circuit of the course, withdrawn by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice at 4.51 p.m. Deductions made less 5c in the $1 win, less 6c in the $1 place, face value of the ticket.

HIDDEN AMBITION jumped in coming into contact with VIVA ROCK.

Jochey G Lynch (UKKACHENA) was reprimanded when his mount shifted inward hampering HIDDEN AMBITION at the 800m.

App R Huley was reprimanded when his mount shifted outward inconveniencing REASON TO HAIL , continuing outward until coming in heavy contact with ISHKAN at the 800m.

App N Evans (DANCING LOU)was reprimanded when his mount rolled inward hamperingUKKACHENA at approx the 400m.

OUR BLUEBERRY HILL raced greenly throughout.

JUST ROBBERY slow into stride.

RACE 3: SUPER QRIS ADDED STAKES 2-Y-O MAIDEN H'CAP - 1012M.

Tnr G. Bein (RUBIES AND PEARLS) warned on the condition of the plates worn by the filly.

CARTILLE fractious in the parade yard giving jockey M. Crawford a harmless fall.

CRAIGLEA FORCE which broke through the barriers was quickly restrained and subsequently cleared to take its place in the field.

VEELA reared over in the barrier, inspected by the veterinary officer and withdrawn by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice at 5.26 p.m. Deductions made less 5c in the $1 win, 6c in the $1 place. Tnr F. Adams advised VEELA to undergo barrier jump out prior to next racing.

SEQUALO PRINCESS jumped out and across the running of ERIN’S DELIGHT which was slowly away.

CRAIGLEA FORCE jumped out coming into heavy contact with the hindquarters of RUBIES AND PEARLS.

CHERRY LIPS jumped in the air and out coming into contact and inconveniencing SANDY JACK. Tnr R. Lip advised CHERRY LIPS to undergo barrier jump out prior to next racing.

CHERRY LIPS continued to race ungenerously with its head in the air for some distance.

Near the 850m CRAIGLEA FORCE got its head up whilst being steadied when taken in by TARANA AVENUE.

ANGLE'S ALIBI had to ease from the heels of MONO A MONO at approx the 600m when the latter shitfed inward, resulting in SANDY JACK steading which hampered CHERRY LIPS which got its head up in the air.

RACE 4: WEIS RESTRAURANT CLASS 1 H'CAP – 1012M.

RUM RUNNER jumped in coming into contact with EXEMPLA.

VAIN AND HARDY jumped out coming into contact with ARBEE.

Jockey W Cook (BIG STEVE) was reprimanded when his mount shifted inward at the same time RON'S XENA rolled outward hampering RUM RUNNER which inturn hampered VAIN AND DANDY at approx the 500m.

Time off 5.58 pm.

RACE 5: MARRIOT BRISBANE CLASS 6 H'CAP – 1213M.

App N. Evans (TYCOON’S GIFT) fined $50 failing to weigh out with all gear.

App R. Hurley received a minor kick in the parade yard from GRACEWICK prior to mounting.

GRACEWICK jumped awkwardly and out.

BISHOP BILL jumped in coming into contact with FARISIKNOW.

Nearing the 1100m BISHOP BILL shifted in coming into contact with FARISIKNOW.

Approaching the 850m GRACEWICK rolled in coming into contact with TRULY BRAVE.

RACE 6: SUPER QRIS ADDED STAKES 3-Y-O CLASS 4 H'CAP – 1313M.

MIDNIGHT FALCON knuckled as the gates opened.

Shortly after the start CROWN HEIR hung in forcing NOTHIN’ LEICA ROSE to shift in coming into contact with CANTANTES which had shifted out marginally away from ROADSPY.

Approaching the 1000m CROWN HEIR hung in causing tightening to ROADSPY.

Time off 7.17 pm.

RACE 7: TOOWOOMBA’S KARINGAL CAFÉ MAIDEN H'CAP – 1313M.

CATLINE dwelt as the gates opened, lost ground.

DARK FROST jumped out across the running of SPEEDY RING which was slowly away.

KING'S GROOVE rolled inward hampering FORECASTLE and COSDEL LANE at approx the 800m.

EDINBURGH CASTLE raced greenly throughout, shifting outward coming in contact with CAWDOR CROW at approx the 300m, warning.

Time off 7.55 pm.

RACE 8: RYDGES HOTEL SOUTHBANK MAIDEN H'CAP – 1113M.

SKYFLAME dipped on jumping and was slow into stride.

BRYAN jumped awkwardly out making contact with MISSY MOTH.

Jockey W Orbell (DANCECITI) was reprimanded when his mount shifted inward at the same time YANKEE DOODLE had shifted outward slightly unconveniencing DAD AND DAVE at approx the 850m.

App. L Morrison (BRONZE HULA) was reprimanded when her mount shifted inward hampering SKYFLAME which inturn inconveniencing BILL THE BOATMAN at approx the 800m.

BILL THE BOATMAN raced ungenerously getting its head up in the air during the middle stages of the race when being eased from the heels of BRONZE HULA.

Jockey L Roberts (ARGANAUTIKA) was reprimanded when his mount shifted inward hampering REAL LIVE WOMAN which inturn inconveniencing DAD AND DAVE at approx 400m.

Jockey P Moodie (BILL THE BOATMAN) was reprimanded when his mount rolled inward hampering BRONZE HULA at approx 200m.

Time off 8.34 pm.
