RACE 1: MTQ ENGINE SYSTEMS (AUST.) PTY LTD MAIDEN H'CAP - 1326M.

BONNE BELIEVER and OLIVERS UP made contact on jumping.

Leaving the 950m MUSIC MASTER was steadied when crowded for room by LORD MAPLE.

Approaching the 600m MAGIC HAT improved to the inside of the heels of MUSIC MASTER where there was insufficient room.

MY BUTTONS, which hung out throughout, shifted out at the 550m coming into contact with BACK ON THE INSIDE.

Near the 300m MUSIC MASTER and BACK ON THE INSIDE made contact.

YELVERTON raced ungenerously once placed under pressure in the home straight.

RACE 2: MTQ ENGINE SYSTEMS (AUST.) PTY LTD MAIDEN H'CAP - 1226M.

Trainer K Kemp was fined the sum of $50 for failing to declare the rider for KENJABAR by the required time.

At the start KENJIBAR, CEANMOHR, VALIANT DANE, ALWAYS ED and SHOW 'EM THE WAY were hampered by STAR HEART, which jumped out.

Approaching the 1100m STAR HEART was crowded for room by KENJIBAR, which was lying in.

ASPENITA made contact with the running rail near the 850m.

Leaving the 800m KENJABAR, which shifted out onto the heels of ALWAYS ED, then shifted back in tightening the running of SHOW 'EM THE WAY.

Time off: 4.47 pm.

RACE 3:MTQ ENGINE SYSTEMS (AUST.) PTY LTD CLASS 4 H'CAP - 1126M.

CARISSIMA jumped out as the gates opened.

STYLISH COSSACK was slowly away.

WEAISHE got its head up and laid out rounding the 800m turn.

Approaching the 700m WEASHIE blundered when it struck the heels of ED'S ACE as the pace slowed. SOUTHERN DAUGHTER and STYLISH COSSACK, which were following were eased in the incident.

Leaving the 500m WEASHIE was eased when tightened for room by SPEED TIME, which shifted in whilst lying in.

Time off: 5.25 pm.

RACE 4:MTQ ENGINE SYSTEMS (AUST.) PTY LTD CLASS 2 H'CAP - 1326M.

NEED T'SEE stood flat - footed as the gates opened losing considerable ground. Trainer's representative was advised that NEED T'SEE is required to barrier trial to the satisfaction of stewards prior to its next start.

Near the 850m HELLO POSSUMS shifted out coming into contact with PRINCE OF DENMARK.

Approaching the 550m CLASSIC INDEED shifted out coming into heavy contact with HELLO POSSUMS.

Near the 350m SOUL SURFER was tightened for room between OAKEY JEWEL, which shifted out and CLASSIC INDEED, which shifted in marginally.

Near the 200m NOBLE MOSES was eased when tightened for room between ROYAL CONSPIRACY and HELLO POSSUMS, which shifted in whilst lying in.

GEORGE THOMAS pulled hard in the early and middle stages.

Time off: 6.00 pm.

RACE 5:MTQ SYSTEMS (AUST.) PTY LTD CLASS 6 H'CAP - 2100M.

TELINDA LAD, DANTIBES TREASURE and SHAREEF ROCKET were slowly away.

TELINDA LAD and RAFFUTE pulled hard in the early and middle stages.

Near the 550m DAI RAN shifted out making heavy contact with SHAREEF ROCKET.

Near the 400m SHAREEF ROCKET and RAFFUTE, were tightened for room between DAI RAN (S Aizawa), which shifted out and DANTIBE'S TREASURE, which shifted in marginally. S Aizawa was reprimanded for permitting his mount to shift ground when not sufficiently clear.

Time off: 6.35 pm.

RACE 6:MTQ SYSTEMS (AUST.) PTY LTD CLASS 1 H'CAP - 1900M.

Trainer F Adams was fined the sum of $50 for failing to declare the rider for SEAWAY LAD by the required time.

Leaving the winning post on the first occasion MRS CROMWELL was momentarily cramped for room by SEAWAY LAD, which shifted in.

SEAWAY LAD then shifted out abruptly coming into contact with CAWDOR CROW.

CAWDOR CROW laid on HENRY THE OCTOPUS, which was attempting to come away from the rail for some distance leaving the 900m.

MRS CROMWELL and HENRY THE OCTOPUS pulled hard in the early and middle stages.

SEAWAY LAD raced wide in the middle stages.

SEAWAY LAD lost both fore plates during running.

Time off: 7.15 pm.

ALL WINNERS WERE SWABBED.

12/05/03: Trainer F Adams reported that SEAWAY LAD was sore in both fore feet on returning to his stable complex.
