After taking further evidence from both Trainer Kevin Kemp and Jockey Daniel Hutchins, Jockey D Hutchins was found guilty of a charge under AR135(b) in that as the rider of SHE’S ALL AT SEA he failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures to win or finish in the best possible position.
The particulars of the charge being that he failed to take all reasonable and permissible measures to win or finish in the best possible position in that he unnecessarily restrained SHE’S ALL AT SEA from the 1050m until the 950m and failed to hold a position behind the lead when it was both reasonable and permissible to do so.
Further more that he unnecessarily restrained SHE’S ALL AT SEA from the 950m until leaving the 600m and in doing so failed to hold a position behind CLARENDON BLUE when it was both reasonable and permissible to do so.
