Miss Marsh’s licence to ride trackwork was subsequently suspended for a period of 3 months commencing 18th January, 2010 up to and including 18th April, 2010. Stewards, in issuing this penalty, took into account Miss Marsh’s submissions together with her personal family circumstances and allowed her to retain the ability to work as a stablehand. Miss Marsh was advised of her appeal rights.
