Race 1: BROOK PASTORAL COMPANY BM 50 HANDICAP - 1200 metres
 
BELLS ‘N’ BOWS – Travelled wide in the early stages.
 
BOLD SAM – Slow away.
 
MINAMAHAL – Jumped away awkwardly, travelled wide for much of the race with no cover and hung out rounding the home turn.
 
THUNDER – Bounded out of the gates.
 
 
Race 2: MCINNES WILSON LAWYERS RATINGS BAND 0 – 60 HANDICAP - 1000 metres 
 
 
 
IMMUTABLE – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
ENJOYABLE – Travelled wide in the early stages.
 
WICKED AFFAIR – Knuckled at the start losing ground and travelled wide for much of the race.
 
NOTHING TO DANCE – Slow to muster early speed.

EURODANE – Hampered at the start when an outside runner jumped inward.
 
KALUAPAPA – Jumped inwards.
 
TZAR BOMBA – Slow into stride.
 
SARENDA – Travelled wide for much of the race. Jockey L. Dillon stating the mare didn’t travel at all and raced ungenerously. A post-race veterinary inspection revealed no abnormalities.
 
 
Race 4: SANTOS OPEN HANDICAP - 1000 metres  
 
 
SAFDIE – Slow to begin.
 
FULLY MAXED – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
 
RACE 5: THE BETOOTA ADVOCATE BETOOTA CUP OPEN HANDICAP – 1600 metres
 
 
HEROISM – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
AUSTIN – Slow to begin.
 
ESCHIELE – Placed head in next barrier as start was effected losing considerable ground.
 
CASHING UP – Slow into stride, travelled wide for much of the race and hung in over the concluding stages under pressure.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Race 6: PE & GC HARRIS ROAD CONTRACTORS / VAUGHAN JOHNSON LOGISTICS CLASS B HANDICAP - 800 metres      
 
SING SONG – Slow into stride and resented the kickback and was taken wider on the track to avoid it.
 
SUPREME TIMES – Travelled wide for the majority with no cover.
