General
Following the running of race 5 permission was granted for SNOWDINI, a five year-old unraced gelding, ridden by App M Wishart and trained by L Curtin, to gallop on the course proper.  In the course of the gallop near the 1200 metres, SNOWDINI shifted in abruptly and broke through the inside running rail, dislodging M Wishart.  App Wishart was treated by QAS staff before being transported to hospital for precautionary X-rays.  A post-race veterinary examination of SNOWDINI revealed minor abrasions to both hind legs. Trainer L Curtin was advised SNOWDINI must trial satisfactorily before being permitted to race. App Wishart will be advised a medical clearance would be required before she resumes race riding.
