At a subsequent inquiry L Tarrant was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that approaching the 400 metres he directed ANGOLA MISS wider on the track resulting in SPIRITUAL ROSE being carried wider and in turn forced onto GOT NO DOUBT, resulting in that runner being checked and having to avoid heels. The riding licence of L Tarrant was suspended for a period of 11 days to commence midnight 27th September up to and including midnight 8th October 2020.
