General: Trainer Mr William Melvin was found guilty under Rule AR175(j) for comments made to Club Secretary Mrs K Modrow during a telephone conversation. Mr Melvin was fined $300 with Stewards suspending $150 (LR 36h) providing he does not breach this rule for a period of 12mths.

DOPPELT (App S Kennedy) threw its head up on jumping away.
SPANGLISH (App K Gates) and KALMAN (Jky B Thompson) shifted ground on the home turn.
The winner KALMAN was swabbed.
Race 2 THE CLUB HOTEL (THE BEST STEAK IN BUNDY) CLASS BHCP 1090MTRS

Stewards ordered ASHLAND a scratching at 1-50PM after no other rider was available with App A Badger being stood down acting on the advise of Ambulance Attendant as she was having difficulty in breathing. App Badger was transported to the Local Hospital and later released with the Doctor advising she was suffering from an infection to her voice box. App Badger was instructed to get a medical clearance prior to riding again. Deduction of 9cents for a win and 10cents for a place with all monies invested on ASHLAND be refunded when correct weight was announced.
CRAIGLEA PRADO (App K James) jumped awkwardly making heavy contact with the hind quarters of LUCKY DUBAI (Jky D Gill).
TENDANE (App S Kennedy) hung out slightly rounding the 850mtr corner.
PRINCE HAVOC (Jky B Thompson) shifted ground on the home turn.
The winner PRINCE HAVOC was swabbed.
Race 3 BUNDABERG RACE CLUB / WALLACE BISHOP JEWELLERS OPEN HCP 1090MTRS

App A Kitson replaced App A Badger as the rider of ALJOMAKA BAY.
ALJOMAKA BAY (App A Kitson) and BEACH KING (Jky B Thompson) were slowly away.
ALJOMAKA BAY (App A Kitson) travelled wide in the middle and final stage of the race.
The winner QUEEN OF THE STORM was swabbed.
Race 5 BAKER O’BRIEN TOLL CLASS 4 HCP 850MTRS

App K James replaced App A Badger as the rider of CHARDONAIR.
DOPPELT starting for the second time at todays meeting was inspected by the Club Vet and passed to start.
BELLA HEART (Jky D Gill) jumped outwardly at the start.
RED ROLLER (App K Gates) shifted in under pressure over the concluding stage of the race. App Gates was instructed to exercise care in future race rides insuring she is 2lengths clear.
The winner CHARDONAIR was swabbed.
