SUPPLEMENTARY REPORTS:

Prior to the commencement of racing minor repairs were carried out to the track at about the 1100M.mark.

Race 1: .BLACKALL IGA CLASS 3 PLATE 1200 METRES. 8 STARTERS
1st –BABY TOD 2nd –EVADING 3rd –CASINO CHIC 4th –WELL EQUIPPED

Apprentice Norifumi Yamada CASINO CHIC was granted permission to view a copy of the Photo finish prior correct weight.

Stewards inquired into the performance of FALLGUY(Christopher Bryen). Jockey C Bryen stated that although the gelding jumped well, did not respond to his urging in the back straight which resulted in his shifting out in an attempt to go around the field. C Bryen further stated that FALLGUY did not get on the Bit at any stage and that he felt the gelding was tired.This was noted by Stewards.

Race 2: .CAROLAN PAINTING CONTRACTORS MAIDEN PLATE 1200 METRES. 5 STARTERS.
1st -DANCHA 2nd –MISS SEMI 3rd –BIT OF JOY 4th –HIT THE PAPERS

BIT OF JOY (David Rewald) was unruly in the Mounting Yard.

HIT THE PAPERS (App.Toni Hall) was slow to begin.

Race 3: BLACKALL NEWSAGENCY CLASS B HANDICAP 1300 METRES. 5 STARTERS
1st –FUEL’N’WATER 2nd –CAPTAIN STEVE 3rd –CARLYLE ARCH 4th –HELLO CLANG

No incidents in running.

Race 4: .RELIANCE PETROLEUM CLASS 6 PLATE 1300 METRES. 9 STARTERS.
1st –STRONG SUIT 2nd –DOCTOR HENNESSY 3rd –NEWMARKET 4th –PAGER.

STRONG SUIT (Rhett Bellert) missed the start by several lengths.

PAGER (David Rewald) had to ease off the heels of front runners approaching the 800M.mark.

Race 5: CRAIGLEA/RAHEEN/DROUGHTMASTER/PALMADAY/MARR’S MATILDA HIGHWAY OPEN HANDICAP 1400 METRES. 10 STARTERS.
1st –COCKTAIL SHAKER 2nd –BELLO GINO 3rd –LEEARTO 4th –CLASSICUS

David Rewald was cautioned by Stewards for being 1/2KG overweight on LEEARTO.

LUST FOR VICTORY App.Toni Hall) was slow into stride.

Jockey C Bryen was dislodged from CLASSICUS while pulling up, post race at about the 1100M.mark. Jockey C Bryen received bruising to the right shoulder. Jockey C Bryen was advised by Stewards to seek Medical advice and that a Medical clearance was to be provided by him prior to next ride.

Race 6: CLASS 1 HANDICAP 1050 METRES. 5 STARTERS.
1st –LITTLE SKIPPER 2nd –XAAROON 3rd –DROVER 4th –HOUNDING

David Monghan replaced C Bryen as jockey for GLASS SHOES due C Bryen being stood down because of injury.

Cheryl Rogers was cautioned by Stewards for being 1/2KG overweight on LITTLE SKIPPER.

No incidents in running.

Race 7: NOEL ALLOM MEMORIAL CUP HANDICAP 1050 METRES. 10 STARTERS.
1st –TONES 2nd TYCOON STAR 3rd -PITTAPADDY 4th -EQUITANT

Dennis Baker replaced C Bryen as jockey for FALLEN due to C Bryen being stood down because of injury.

TYCOON STAR (Shane Oates) tended to shift out under pressure over the final stages.

TONES (App.Norifumi Yamaba) shifted outwards on jumping inconveniencing LEMON LIME (App.Toni Hall) and STAR ANCHOR (Ross Tilley) in doing so.
