RACE 1: COLEMAN STOCK FEEDS MAIDEN PLATE 800M.

BLACK KAPOOKA was withdrawn by Stewards at 1.00pm as no rider was available

IRISH ADDITION jumped awkwardly and raced wide throughout

GENERAL ODYSSEUS raced greenly throughout

.RACE 2: METALCORP STEEL-CURLEY CATTLE CO CLASS B HANDICAP - 1100M.

Jockey R Seymour (RASH DECISION) was granted permission to ride 1 kg overweight as no other rider was available.

BAYSIDE STAR was withdrawn by Stewards at 9.25am as no rider was available.

RASH DECISION jumped awkwardly

SWEEP ON BY jumped out hampering FAYLA

Jockey J Stopps (YARRAWICH) was given the benefit of the doubt and was reprimanded when his mount laid in causing SWEEP ON BY and RASH DECISION to be steadied near the 900m

BUSHIE was slow away

During the middle stages of the race DR TROUBLE resented the sand being thrown back and lost ground.

Rounding the home turn BACHET was slightly hampered when SNIPPSTA rolled in

RACE 5: PARRY NISSAN TOWERS CLASS 4 1850M.

KINGS CORONATION returned to scale bleeding from both nostrils, connections were advised under the terms of Ar 53A of the 3 months ban.

Jockey R Seymour (DANCE AVENUE) was found guilty of a charge of careless riding when her mount shifted out causing KING’S CORONATION (P Cullen) to check and lose its position. Jockey R Seymour was suspended from riding in races for a period of 2 North Queensland meetings from midnight the 10th June 2007 up to and including the 14th June 2007.
