RACE: 1. Broket (E Camille) blundered at the start, losing little ground. Zac’s Back (C Taylor) was inclined to lay out over concluding stages of race, no inconvenience to any other run. Time Off: 1.50 p.m.

RACE: 2. Black Bello (C Baker) slow away. At the start Don’t Blink (R Tilley) jumped in, and Lord Killowen (C Bryen) jumped out crowding River Legend (P Thureson). After the start River Legend (P Thureson) attempted to buck and had to be eased out of the race. Tnr D McEwan was advised that the horse would have to barrier trial before re-nominating. Emmafar (R McMaster) raced greenly in middle stages of race. Don’t Blink (R Tilley) shifted in over concluding stages of race, minor contact with Emmafar (R McMaster). Time off: 2.30 p.m.

RACE: 3. Seneschal (R McMaster) blundered at start dislodging the rider. Ambulance Officer inspected R McMaster who was passed fit to ride for remainder of program. Alfalina (C Taylor) reared at start losing ground. Millicent Em (C Bryen) jumped in minor contact with Ebony Crystal (C Baker) at start. Play All Day (E Camille) shifted out over concluding stages of race, no inconvenience to any other runner. Time Off: 3.10 p.m.

RACE: 4. Engineering (C Bryen) and Bobtail (E Camille) were slowly away. Lady Conchita (C Taylor) and Engineering (C Bryen) made home turn wide. Time Off: 3.50 p.m.

RACE: 5. Mystic Blue (R Tilley) and Samdon Street (E Camille) were slowly away. Bold Shot (R McMaster) jumped out, minor contact with Captain Smooth (C Baker). Zedrina (C Bryen) traveled wide entire of race. Zedaway (J Lait) made home turn wide. Bold Shot (R McMaster) and Down Hill Run (P Thureson) shifted out over concluding stages of race, no inconvenience to any other runner. Time Off: 4.30 p.m.


ALL WINNERS WERE SENT TO BE SWABBED


AN ADDENDUM.

Inspection of the day stable complex, revealed that the steel base of the stables was rusting away and needed some repair work done to them.
