When questioned regarding the seemingly disappointing performance of his mount RODWAY LANE, which was slow to begin, apprentice C Bryen stated that as his mount had been restless in the barrier he had not completely readied himself when the start was affected. An inspection by the clubs vet failed to reveal any abnormalities.
