STEWARDS PANEL: Mr J Williamson (Chairman), Mr A Jones, C Baker (Cadet)

WEATHER – FINE TRACK – SAND

RACE 1: MULGA COUNTRY MOTOR INN MAIDEN H'CAP – 1200M

As T Austin was indisposed due to illness he was replaced on SWAPPED by C Bryen.
Leaving the 800m, WEST SUN shifted in tightening MULCH MAKER, which inturn shifted in, slightly inconveincing CHOICE VARIETY.
SWAPPED was placed in restricted room making the home turn when WEST SUN shifted in.
WEST SUN shifted out under pressure over the concluding stages slightly inconveniencing CHOICE VARIETY.

RACE 2: ROB ECKEL RPAIRS & B AM THOMPSON BOWEN DOWNS CLASS 5 H'CAP – 1200M

Both YARRABILLI and ARCTIC LANCE were slow to begin.
Leaving the 800m, JACKSONS BANKROLL began to compound and lose ground, MING SPECIAL, which was following, was forced to ease off that geldings heels and as a result began to race ungenerously and hang out until straightening.


RACE 3: RSL CHARLEVILLE CLASS 2 H'CAP – 1100M

KWILA KID was tightened for room at the start between HAND TIMED and ARARCHI which shifted in abruptly.
Approaching the 900m, ROCKET RANGE eased, as a result ARARCHI which was following was forced to eased off that geldings heels.


RACE 4: STEGGLES-HARRY REDFORD H'CAP – 1000M

No racing incidents


RACE 5: ERGON ENERGY OPEN H'CAP – 1400M

REDACHI was tightened for room at the start between MIRACULOUS MEDAL which shifted out and POETIC BARON which shifted in.

ALL WINNERS WERE SENT TO BE SWABBED.
