SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT .
Prior to the commencement of the meeting Stewards were notified of transportation difficulties being experienced by Trainer J Hatch . Consequently his horses were declared late scratchings at approx. 11-10 am ,as per the race day summary sheet .
Stewards also had representation from licensed person Mr R Coveney to scratch his charge ‘”Sonic Peak “ in Race 4,as it had been injured in the float enroute to the track .After a Veterinary Inspection Stewards declared Sonic Peak a late scratching at approx.1-10pm
RACE 1- RAY WHITE RURAL (QLD) CLASS B -800M
1ST LAURIE’S LAD 2ND DANCE FOR BINDY 3RD MEHI BELLE 4TH MISS CAPRICIOUS
BIRTHDAY PRESENT(R Bellert)dislodged its rider behind the barrier and delayed the start by 15min. Medical Officers cleared Jockey R Bellert to take the remainder of his rides for the day .Stewards declared Birthday Present a late scratching at approx.1-25pm .
Prior to correct weight being given Stewards ordered deductions of 5cents the win and 6cents the place on All winning bets above the line .
DENIBOUND(C ROGERS ) MEHI BELLE (Z LANDRY) SIR SOMETHING(C BAKER) AND MISS CAPRICIOUS(K McAULEY) were all slow to begin
DANCING GAILO (App I French) raced wide in the early and middle stages of the event.
Connections of BIRTHDAY PRESENT were notified that the horse would be banned to an official trial.
RACE 2-RAY WHITE RURAL (QLD) QTIS ADDED STAKES MDN-1000M
1ST PEDRO’O MAGIC 2ND MY PLANS 3RD PRIME BELL 4TH INNOCENT JANE
PRIME BELL(J Baker)and PEDRO’S MAGIC( A Lane) both began awkwardly.
MY PLANS(App French)and CRAIGLEA EMERALD (App C Isdale) both began slowly
GUEST OF HONOUR(C Bryen) raced wide in the early and middle stages of the race.
Approaching the 150m PRIME BELL (J BAKER) rolled out under pressure hampering GOT THE POWER (W GLASS )which was weakening.
Jockey J Baker was treated for mild dehydration by the medical officer and cleared to take the remainder of his rides .
RACE 3-RAY WHITE RURAL(QLD) CLASS 3-1400M
1ST STORMY BEND 2ND FLARE UP 3RD PANKKI 4TH DANCING BABY
OUR SEMI(App C Isdale) blundered on jumping away.
PLACID LASS(App M Abe ) was tightened at the start by COUNTRY JACK (R Tilley),which shifted ground and DANCING BABY(C Rodgers) which jumped out .
ZOE’S LASS( A Lane) saddle shifted on jumping away placing that horse at a disadvantage for the remainder of the event.
At the 1000m PANKKI (G Geran) commenced to over race and was held up for clear running from the 600m until rounding the home turn .
Approaching the 600m DANCING BABY (C Rogers) had to be steadied off the heels of BLUE OSIER (D Hutchins) which rolled in .
Nearing the 150m BLUE OSIER (D Hutchins) was tightened for room by PANKKI which shifted out and DANCING BABY which rolled in .
Rounding the home turn OUR SEMI,shifted out taking LA PICOLINA (K McAULEY) wider on the track . Stewards advised App C Isdale to exercise more care when his mount begins to shift ground .

THE BOOM TOWN(App M Abe) and SAVANNAH ROAD (R Tilley ) were both slow to begin .
BLUE COUGAR (W Glass ) jumped in at the start hampering MR KELLY ( G Geran)
RAQEEB(D Hutchins) jumped out making contact with GIDYEA COALS(R Bellert)
RACE 5-RAY WHITE RURAL (QLD) NEWMARKET HCP-1200M
1ST CLASSICUS 2ND KANE’S CROSSING 3RD KING JON JON 4TH LESTER COVE
CRAIGLEA WARRIOR (J Baker ) raced wide throughout the event.
POLISH WARRIOR (I French) jumped in at the start hampering NICEOSS(K McAuley)
MIDNIGHT SILENCE (R Bellert ) jumped in taking KANE’S CROSSING (App C Isdale ) in onto to QUADRANGLE( App T Hall ) which was steadied and lost ground at the start .
KANE’S CROSSING ( App C Isdale) raced wide on the home turn .
