BLINKIN HASTY dipped at the start. Jockey Ms C. Rogers advised Stewards the horse was disappointing today and appeared to resent the kickback and didn’t appear suited on the track today.

Apprentice Jockey Josh King was fined the sum of $250 by Stewards for being overweight on Hildesheim. He was permitted to ride the horse as there were no other riders available. When considering penalty Stewards took into account the particular circumstances which led to App. King being in breach of this rule.

Race 4: SOUTH WEST FORD CLASS 1 HANDICAP 1400M

RUBIS over raced in the early stages of the event. Jockey D. Brown advised Stewards the horse was over racing during the majority of the event and he had to take hold at the 800M point.

TAYSTAR was bumped by another runner shortly after the start.
