RACE 1: RAY SPENCE & QLD PACIFIC FINANCE CLASS 1 H’CAP - 1030M

Jockey P Lindeberg experienced car trouble and was able to attend the meeting. Jockey P Lindeberg was replaced by Jockey P Spry as rider of MY CRACKER.

SMILEY BABY raced ungenerously from the 700m to the winning post.

GENERAL MERIT raced wide on the home turn.

Apprentice C Taylor was reminded of his responsibilities when his mount PRINCESS RAUTAI rolled inward and tightened BOLD GRANDEYES for room rounding the home turn.

RACE 2: WG & RM PENDERGAST & Co, PLUS RIDLEY AGRIPRODUCTS CLASS 3 H’CAP – 1200M

SMART SHOWOFF was veted at the barriers after throwing itself over backwards – cleared to start. SMART SHOWOFF slow in to stride.

KELLINA BAY and RHYTHMIC GREY both raced wide on the home turn.

Time Off: 1:45pm

RACE 3: CLUB HOTEL MAIDEN H’CAP – 1200M

Jockey P Lindeberg was replaced by Jockey P Spry as the rider of AUNTY BESS.

TERO CREEK and AUNTY BESS slow in to stride.

Approximately 100m after the start JAZZ HIT raced ungenerously dislodging jockey C Kennedy, who was unharmed by the fall.

SUNDAY BELLS hung out at the 600m turn. At approximately the 300m SUNDAY BELLS which was tiring was tightened for room between ROYAL FIZZ and STEEL STARS.

SHOW MARTIAL shifted in down the running.

RACE 4: CHINCHILLA PLANT HIRE SERVICES SUPER QRIS ADDED STACKES CLASS 2 H’CAP – 1400M

MACARONEY missed the start and raced ungenerously throughout.

WICKY POPO and SHARNELLE slow in to stride.

Shortly after the start RIVER BOYNE abruptly shifted out making heavy contact with SHARNELLE.

SPLENDID BABY rolled in at the 700m hampering AKAABER WARRIOR.

RIVER BOYNE was unable to obtain clear running down the straight.

MACARONEY was veted after the race and found to have a bruised off front heel. Trainer W Baker advised vet certificate required prior to next start.

Time Off: 3:17pm

RACE 5: BLACK TOYOTA CHINCHILLA CUP OPEN H’CAP – 1400M

FLYING FEATHERS slow into stride.

TOP SYMPHONY threw its head into the air at the start losing ground.

RAGNAR brushed the fence when making the 800m turn awkwardly, then over raced from the 600m to the 500m. Time Off: 4:18pm

RACE 6: BOONARGA WELDING & STEEL CLASS 6 H’CAP – 1030M

A veterinary inspection was conducted on STOP FLIRTING prior to saddling and was passed fit to start.

Jockey P Lindeberg was replaced by jockey W Orbell as the rider of JAMAICA PARK.

JAMAICA PARK and FYWICK STORY both shifted out under pressure down the running.

MILITARRA broke down at approximately the 600m dislodging jockey S Apthorpe who was unharmed. MILITARRA was subsequently euthanasia and removed from the track. Time Off: 5:00pm

ALL WINNERS WERE SENT TO BE SWABED.
