SUPPLEMENTARY REPORTS
All riders made aware that the grass track had been repaired from 700m to 350m with a covering of deep sand.
RACE 1. K & R PLUMBING CLASS B HCP. 1030M
1ST MORGAN MISS 2nd GREY MAMBO 3rd CONHENRI 4th FAIR SWAP
RUN AWAY RUBY (T. Serjeant) slow to jump.
STREAKER (N. Evans) raced wide during the middle stages.
SKYTANA (N. Yamada) hung in, during the home straight.
At 300m, GREY MAMBO (R. Ride) shifted in causing the apprentice to stop riding and straighten. GREY MAMBO continued to hang in badly to the line and apprentice Ride was not able to ride the horse out.
CONHENRI (J. McKinnon) was held up for a run to the inside of the leader MORGAN MISS when held in a pocket by GREY MAMBO and eased near the line.
RACE 2. CHINCHILLA JEWELLERS MAIDEN PLATE. 1030M
1ST RAISE THE BID 2nd STALWART PETRA 3rd FLOWER BOWL 4th PROMISE ACT
Trainer P. Sexton to be contacted regarding no letter of authority and registration papers for FLOWER BOWL.
MISS BREWHAHA (M. Abe) began awkwardly and hit the barrier partition on jumping away.
PROMISE ACT (A. Smith) jumped in at the start contacting SEA BANDETTE (R. Ride).
CLIFTON STAR (J. McKinnon) jumped in at the start and shifted in during the home straight.
LENS JOY (M. McKenzie) ran out badly from 900m to the home turn.
RACE 3. FORGE BUILDERS CHINCHILLA CLASS 2 HCP. 1200M.
1ST SARGENTA 2nd RESONATING 3rd MEDIEVAL MYTH 4th WILD RIVER QUEEN
WILD RIVER QUEEN (N. Nishio) jumped awkwardly and very slow into stride.
RESONATING (J. McKinnon) jumped out at the start across BASTION POINT (A. Smith).
BASTION POINT moved in sharply at 250m when apprentice Smith momentarily lost the use of a reign and caught her whip in the horses mane.
MEDIEVAL MYTH (T. Sergeant) drifted out at the 500m.
RACE 4. CLUB HOTEL OPEN HCP. 1400M
1ST DUKE WILLIAM 2nd SEE YOU SEE YOU 3rd JOHNNY AUCASH 4th HARFORD STREET
HARFORD STREET (C. Maund) was slow to jump.
SHALE SHAKER (M. McKenzie) threw its head in the air at the start, shifted out and lost considerable ground.
Apprentice McKenzie reported to stewards that trainer B. Richardson had wanted the horse ridden from behind. Apprentice McKenzie stated that he restrained the gelding out of the barrier however this caused
STALE SHAKER to throw his head and lose momentum.
DUKE WILLIAM (R. Ride) tended to shift in on straightening.
RACE 5. CHINCHILLA REAL ESTATE/RAY WHITE RURAL CLASS 3 PLATE. 1400M
1ST NATURALLY MINE 2nd GOLDEN HUT 3rd ORHTAC 4th SHUMIE GO
GOLDEN HUT (R. Ride) very slow to jump.
NATURALLY MINE (C. Maund) jumped awkwardly.
Trainer A. Jeynes reported that FORTUITOUS BLADE suffered a superficial cut to the offside front leg.
SUPERTROOPER required veterinary attention for an injury to offside front fetlock. Trainer was advised that a Vet certificate is required prior to the horse racing again.
