Prior to declaring correct weight, Stewards considered an objection from J. Long, rider of FLASH BANG, in that he was of the opinion he was denied a fair start. After considering his submissions and reviewing the video footage of the start, and noting the requirements of the provisions of AR134A, Stewards deemed that any ground lost by FLASH BANG was as a result of its own accord and therefore FLASH BANG was declared a runner and correct weight was semaphored on the Judge’s placings.
