Race 1: QGC QTIS Maiden Plate - 1000 metres
1st BIG IS BIG 2nd IMMA BE 3rd STANSAVANNA 4th- EMOTIONALLY YOURS

REMARKABLE (T O’Hara) was slow to begin.

At the start BIG IS BIG (J King) jumped in and bumped EDGEROI DIXIE (K Cross).

EDGEROI DIXIE was inclined to lay out rounding the home turn.

STANSAVANNA (A Taylor) was inclined to lay out during the middle stages.

Race 2: Jellinbah Mine Class 5 Handicap- 1000 metres
1st ORIGIN BRAVE 2nd ZSAZSA 3rd BLACK ANGUS 4th- BILLY THE MOUNTAIN

BELLA SEA (J King) & MANDS BOND (K Cross) were both slow to begin.

Prior to correct weight being declared Jockey J Stephens wished to view the film in regards to BOBERG being declared a non-runner. After viewing the film Jockey Stephens lodged an application to have BOBERG declared a non-runner due to BOBERG not being afforded a fair start. After hearing all the evidence stewards could not be satisfied that BOBERG had been denied a fair start and had jumped away awkwardly of its own accord and therefore denied Jockey Stephens application. Correct weight was then declared.

Race 3: Dingo Hotel Class B Handicap- 1200 metres
1st– KISS THE GROOM 2nd – MONASHEE MOUNTAIN 3rd CZARWHO 4th- CAM’S MAGIC

BAYMORE (S McGovern) was slow to begin.

KISS THE GROOM (K Cross) jumped in onto FLASH OF KINTYRE (J Stephens) which resulted in FLASH OF KINTYRE losing ground.

WILLSEEYOU (A Taylor) & GYPSY STORM (D Whitmore) both raced wide throughout.

At approximately the 150m BAYMORE shifted out under pressure.

Connections of BAGABOB reported that the gelding had pulled up sore in the front shoulders and would now be spelled.

Race 4: S.T. Olive & Sons Dingo Cup Class 3 Plate- 1200 metres
1st BEEBEESDUEL 2nd MERRY MISS 3rd SHOT BAR 4th – GOLD ADVANCE

At approximately 800m BEEBEESDUEL (S McGovern) was inclined to hang out and continued to race wide for the remainder of the event.

Approaching the 200m DIESEL (J King) which was inclined to lay in has shifted in slightly resulting in CALARABEN (A Taylor) being placed in restricted room and made contact with the running rail.


Race 5: T & J Whitehouse Class 1 Handicap- 950 metres
1st GIVE IM ZA 2nd BEE JAY SENZA 3rd BEEN PERFECT 4th- DUAN ALLIBAR

GIVE IM ZA (D Whitmore) jumped in onto BEE JAY SENZA (S McGovern) was taken in onto AMPERES (M Barnham) which has resulted in AMPERES losing ground.

At approximately the 150m DUAN ALLIBAR (K Cross) became unbalanced and made contact with the running rail.
