RACE 1: MAIDEN PLATE – 820 Metres – 4 Starters
An error in the Race Book in respect of riders was corrected to read: DASHING RAJ - J Stopps
MY ENTHUSIASM – E Kowald.
FREE TRADE struck its mouth on the gates and returned to scale with bleeding gums.

RACE 2: CLASS 6 HANDICAP – 122- Metres – 4 Starters
TELENO (M Seagren) knuckled over when the gates opened. In the run on TELEHO baulked dislodging rider Ms M Seagren.

RACE 3: CLASS 2 HANDICAP – 1020 Metres – 6 Starters
Ms M Seagren was examined by the Doctor and allowed to ride in this race. SCARVILLE (J Stopps) was reluctant to gallop freely.

RACE 4: OPEN BRACELET – 1020 Metres – 4 Starters

RACE 5: CLASS 4 HANDICAP – 1020 Metres – 4 Starters
MIGHTY KNIGHT (L Nelson) reared in the starting stalls. BLUE ALL OVER (M Seagren) begame unbalanced negotiating the home turn.
