RACE 1: CLASS 3 HANDICAP – 1000M
1st: PARIS MAIZ 2ND: SIERRA SLAMMER 3RD ALANOR KING 4TH DOTSWOOD
SHE’S VICTORIOUS jumped in at the start making heavy contact with SPONSOR resulting in that horse having to be steadied.
After leaving the 950m HULA EXPRESS shifted in making contact with SHE’S VICTORIOUS.
At approx the 100m AMUSING NED shifted out once placed under pressure and as a result crowded SHE’S VICTORIOUS for galloping room.
RACE 2: CLASS 5 HANDICAP – 1100M
1st: KID CHARLEMAGNE 2ND: LET’S CONSIDER 3RD: DANISH HEIR 4TH: PACK OF GOLD
LETS RECONSIDER jumped in at the start making contact with HOULAHAN.
RACE 3: MAIDEN PLATE -1200M
1st: SHESHALLSHINE 2nd: BRAWNY JACK 3rd: KAAPTIVE BOUNTY 4th: FLIP HOSE
HARTWOOD LADY jumped in at the start making contact with BRAWNY JACK.
After leaving the 700m WOKE UP BROKE was crowded for galloping room when SCOOT KAN shifted in marginally.

RACE 4: OPEN HANDICAP -1300M
1st: CHIEF HARMONY 2nd: DANCING POTTER 3rd: DANISKY 4th: HOPE BURNS ETERNAL
Correct weight was delayed while jockey R Barone and trainer T Austin viewed the photo finish, both parties were happy with the result.
CHIEF HARMONY was slow into stride.
DANCING POTTER shifted out once placed under pressure making contact with CHIEF HARMONY over the concluding stages.

RACE 5: CLASS B HANDICAP – 1300M
1st: SYDNEY JACK 2nd: MR FELIX 3rd: THE ROAN RANGER 4th: BONARBRIDGE
Due to a malfunction the photo finish failed to work.
MR FELIX which was a starter in race 3 was vetted and cleared to start.
When questioned regarding the poor performance of COVER MY TRACKS, jockey Ms G Bell stated that COVER MY TRACKS was reluctant to load into the barriers and hung out from the 700m giving her a difficult ride, and when placed under pressure failed to respond. Explanation was noted.
KINGS MIRROR shifted out on the home turn taking THE ROAN RANGER wider.
After leaving the 200m THE ROAN RANGER shifted in crowding the running of KINGS MIRROR.
