SVENSON (Jky C Kearney) dipped on jumping away.
STEORRA (Jky B Calkin) shifted ground going out of the straight the first time.
FATCHO (Jky B Johnson) and LUIGI (App m Hughes) brushed on two occasions (1150mtr & 1000mtr).
Soon after entering the straight FATCHO (Jky B Johnson) shifted out brushing LUIGI (App M Hughes)
The winner LUIGI was swabbed.

Stewards contacted Mr D Peoples with regards to RIPPER MISS starting at todays meeting. Mr Peoples advised Steward J Millican he had scratched the mare. Mr Peoples was instructed Stewards will contact Racing Services to check on this matter.
The Public & Bookmakers were advised of this scratching via the Public Address system.
SILVER ORPHAN (Jky C Kearney) was restless in the barriers.
ROCKET SOUND (App G Clegg) threw its head up on jumping away and refused to settle for some distance; Trainer Mr D Tunnah was instructed the gelding must pass a Jump-Out prior to starting again.
STONE FOUNTAIN (App S Wright) jumped inwardly brushing KELABU JUTAWAN (Jky L Appo)
CHARDONAIR (Jky B Thompson) and KINGSTON ECLIPSE (App N Summers) were tightened between LOCHNESSMONSTA (Jky B Calkin) and ROYAL SOLAIR (Jky N Spencer) both of which jumped awkwardly.
YOHOHO (App M Hughes) shifted ground on the home turn.
The winner ROYAL SOLAIR was swabbed.
Race 3 RSL SNOOKER CLUB MAIDEN PLATE 850MTRS

Mrs L Gadsby was questioned regarding placing Jky N Spencer on WITTENBERG. Mrs Gadsby stated she was having trouble securing a rider for the gelding and placed Jky Spencer as the rider without his consent. Mrs Gadsby was severely reprimanded for carrying out this duty when not authorized to do so, Mrs Gadsby was fined $100 for placing Jky Spencer on the gelding without his consent. Jky N Spencer refused to ride WITTENBERG with Stewards approving App S Wright as the rider of this gelding.
Mrs Gadsby was advise that in similar problems the Trainer should contact QR Stewards to inform them of the problem.
RED DOT COM was fractious in the parade area with Stewards informing Trainer Mr H Brown a warning is placed on the filly for its behavior
TELBRON GOLD (Jky C Kearney) jumped very awkwardly taking CLANTASTIC (Jky B Calkin) out onto SAMANTHA’S STING (Jky B Johnson) resulting in RED DOT COM (Jky L Duggan) being tightened between SAMANTHA’S STING and TRINCOMALLE (Jky L Appo) and lost ground. TELBRON GOLD continued to shift out despite the effort of Jky Kearney to straighten his mount. Trainer Mr T Harrison was instructed the filly is barred from racing until it passes a Jump-out.
WITTENBERG (App S Wright) was slowly away.
JACKADIAN (Jky B Thompson) shifted ground on the home turn.
App S Wright advised Stewards he twisted his ankle on dismounting and was advised a medical clearance is required prior to riding again.
The winner IZADAPPER was swabbed.
Race 4 GYMPIE PINES GOLF CLUB CLASS 4 HCP 1000MTRS.
(1) DESERT SAMBA (2) THE SPINSTER (3) COOL FUR (4) SLERCH
SWEEP TO VICTORY (Jky L Appo) reared over in the starting stalls and ACAPULCO (Jky B Johnson) refused to enter the barriers were withdrawn by Stewards at 3.45PM.
Trainer of SWEEP TO VICTORY Mr P Richardson was instructed the gelding must pass an Official Barrier trial prior to starting again
The Trainer ACAPULCO Mr A Greaves was instructed the mare must pass an Official Barrier trial prior to starting again.
Deductions of 48cent for a win and 36cents for a place with all monies on SWEEP TO VICTORY and ACAPULCO be refunded was announced on correct weight.
App N Summers the rider of RISING TOWER requested to view the start of the race claiming the gate were slow to open. After viewing the head on video Steward declared RISING TOWER a starter stating the gates were on very marginally slow.
The winner DESERT SAMBA was swabbed.

Stewards will check with Racing Services as to when Jky L Appo was placed on WALK THE JEUNEY, Trainer Mr A Williamson stated he placed Jky Appo as the rider at 12-05PM
LUCKY LAD (App M Hughes) threw its head up on jumping away.
Stewards inquired into start of this race were WALK THE JEUNEY (Jky L Appo) was placed in barrier 9 instead of barrier 5. LUCKY LAD (App M Hughes) was placed in barrier 5 instead of barrier 9. Stewards advised The Trainer of WALK THE JEUNEY Mr A Williamson that under Rule AR134A Stewards can not declare the gelding a non starter as he requested. Jky Appo stated he advised the Starter Mr Cummings that this was the wrong stall but was instructed to take his place in stall 9. Mr Cummings agreed with the statement of Jky L Appo. Mr Cummings was advised a report to Chairman of Stewards Mr R Sanders would be made.
