RACE 1 MAIDEN HANDICAP 1000 METRES 6 STARTERS
Jockey P Cullen fined $25 under terms AR 120 (b). TUDOR JAMES was difficult to load, thus delaying the start. In Running, OSMOSIS hit the inside running rail of it’s own accord near 550 metre mark.

RACE 2 OPEN HANDICAP 1000 METRES 7 STARTERS
Jockey C Lennon failed to produce a medical certificate and was replaced by M Young as the rides of DASHING BLADE.
When the start was effected, LAGER BAY jumped outward and FOREIGN MONARCH jumped inward, resulting in DASHING BLADE and BRONZE MINSTREL being hampered. FOREIGN MONARCH and BRONZE MINSTREL came together near 850 metre mark. Jockey Ms D Andrews was severely reprimanded for uttering an obscenity passing the winning post under terms AR83. HORALLI was found to be bleeding from both nostrils on returning to scale and barred from racing under terms AR 53A

RACE 3 CLASS 1 HANDICAP 1180 METRES 4 STARTERS
ROCADARA and EXPLOSIVE BOY came together at the start. AFRICAN ROSE and EXPLOSIVE BOY brushed near 550 metre mark.

RACE 4 CLASS 5 HANDICAP 1180 METRES 7 STARTERS
Jockey C Lennon produced a medical clearance and permitted to fulfil his engagements for the meeting.
MAJESTIC COLOUR turned it’s head as the start was effected, jumped awkward and lost considerable ground
Ms D Andrews was queried into her ride on WILL HE TWIG between 600 and 200 metre mark. Deliberating on evidence, no action was taken, except to note her explanation for future reference. SILENT COMEDIAN shifted ground outward under pressure, as a consequence, RAGTIME BOY was obliged to change course near 100 metre mark.

RACE 5 CLASS 2 HANDICAP 1460 METRES 7 STARTERS
UNARMED was unsettled in the boxes when the start was effected and lost ground. EXPLAIN jumped outward at the start. Jockey C Lennon was reprimanded for attempting to force GET TOGETHER inward, thus interfering with that geldings running. ROYAL AMBER was disappointed for a clear run over the concluding stages, when galloping behind EXPLAIN and FIRESTONE’S LAW.

All winners sent to be swabbed.
