General: Due to a communication mix-up Stewards accepted the explanation given by Trainer Mr G lane as he believed Jockey M Tarrant was to ride his horses Race 2 NEGATIVE CARRY and Race 4 BARBARIAN. As Jky M Tarrant was riding a Doomben on today’s date Stewards allowed App F Sendon to ride NEGATIVE CARRY & App S Richardson to ride BARBARIAN.

Race 1 SHARP TV & VIDEO SERVICE MAIDEN PLATE 800 MTRS

TWISTED ARROW (App F Okawa) was slowly away.

On jumping away FEEL LIKE A WOMAN (Jky L Appo) has jumped awkwardly taking PLAY BALL (Jky J Hoopert) in onto QUENA (Jky M Usher)

Approaching the 600mtr mark RADOMA (App D Van Bekkum) has shifted in making contact with the inside running rail.

HANABI MOO ICHIDO (App M Radecker) was obliged to race wise for the majority of the race.

LADY CLOUSEAU (App J Murphy) has shifted out on the home turn making contact with FEEL LIKE A WOMAN (Jky L Appo)

Stewards acceded to a requested of the Trainer of SHOWOFF GIRL Mr B Thomas and allowed App D Wade to ride although he was unable to claim his allotted allowance and was fined $75 (Rule AR120b)

The winner RADOMA was swabbed

Race 2 HODGES KILCOY BAKERY CLASS 1HCP 1500MTRS

STARRY AVALANCHE (Jky L Appo) was restless in the barriers.

Stewards inquired into an incident passing the winning post the first time where it was established that STARRY AVALANCHE (Jky L Appo) began to over race and when steadied has shifted out and HABITUAL DANCER (App J Murphy) has shifted in resulting in Jky L Appo having to check his mount. Both riders were instructed to exercise care.

NEGATIVE CARRY (App Jky F Sendon) shifted ground going out of the straight the first time.

Approaching the 800mtrs STARRY AVALANCHE (Jky L Appo) and SIERRA DANCER (Jky M Crawford) brushed.

Approaching the 700mtrs SIERRA DANCE (Jky M Crawford) had to ease off the heels of MY MARMALADE ((Jky P Moodie)

Race 3 J & S EQUIPMENT & PARTY HIRE CLASS 3HCP 1060MTRS

GRETZKY ((Jky M Crawford) jumped awkwardly.

CANNY NORTHERNER (JKy C Kearney) and OFFICE GOSSIP (App D Van Dekkum) made contact on jumping away.

CASH ”N” CARRY (Jky G Geran) over raced throughout.

App D Van Dekkum was found guilty of adding gear after weighing out as Steward Mr C Harris observed her adding two (2) towels and handing it to Trainer Mrs K Hill.
App D Van Bekkum was fined $100 (Rule 118)

The winner RUSTIC TREASURE was swabbed.

Race 4 KILCOY RSL MAIDEN PLATE 1200MTRS

Stewards acceded to a request of Trainer Mrs C Richardson and allowed App B Wade to ride KILLER QUEEN when unable to claim down to his allotted weight App Wade was fined $75 (Rule AR120B).

On jumping away I’M A HOOLIGAN (App M Usher) has jumped awkwardly taking SYN TO WIN (App M Radecker) out onto CARATOLOGY (Jky L Appo).

LADY SIGN (Jky P Moodie) which was racing greenly was tighten at about the 900mtr mark.

The winner PRAAIRIE FOX was swabbed.

Race 5 SEARLE’S GARDEN PRODUCE OPEN HCP 1200MTRS

App D Van Bekkum was fined $50 for failing to claiming down to her allotted weight (AR 120b)
