STEWARDS PANEL: B Chestermaster (ch), T Moloney.

RACE 1 XXXX MAIDEN HCP 1050M.

M Young was replaced by C Schumacher as the rider of GINJOS when he was overweight. M Young was fined $100.

The start was delayed when GINJOS was reluctant to proceed to the barriers. Trainer K Venton was advised that a warning would be placed on this mare in relation to its race day manners.

DR FELINE and GINJOS made contact at the start.

LA CHLOE was slow away.

SHATTERSTAR jumped away awkwardly.

Near the 900m GINJOS shifted in and inconvenienced DR FELINE.

RACE 2: AE SMITH CLASS 2 HCP 1050M.

LA HULA BELLE and MANSMAHMOUD were slow away.

TIO RAMA and ROYAL FUN jumped away awkwardly.

D Lloyd the rider of KOHNRAY STAR had to stop riding and straighten that gelding when it shifted in under hard riding over the concluding stages.

MANSMAHMOUD ducked in over the concluding stages.

RACE 3: CHANNEL 7 CLASS 1 HCP 1250M.

M Young was permitted to ride RAPID ARK 1kg overweight when no other suitable riders were available.

BRENDY BOY was slow away.

RACE 4: HOT FM OPEN HCP 1500M.

MONO BLUE broke through the barriers and had to be reloaded.

Near the 350m MONO BLUE was disappointed for a run between FLASH TUNE and RAPID CITY, which was inclined to lay in. Soon after MONO BLUE shifted out forcing RAPID CITY wider.

RACE 5: TF WOOLAM CLASS 3 HCP 1500M.

M Young was replaced by J Pujolas as the rider of TOUGH AS NAILS when he was overweight.

DATUM CREST was slow away.

C Schumacher was cautioned for permitting his mount BURGEON to shift out over the concluding stages, which resulted in STAR PIPPA being inconvenienced.
